This was a experiment with some brush pens and color pens. This was a big hit on Facebook awhile ago when I posted it.

Old Robot...yes, another one.

I took a bunch of pens and a sketch book to Starbucks one day to get some work done. This was a quickie I did to loosen myself up. I colored it a bit and decided that it wasn't half bad. So here it is.

Universal Monsters tattoo idea.

This was originally done as a tattoo design for some one that wanted a Universal monsters collage. I drew it up in pencil but didn't really like it. A few months later I inked it up and colored it. It came out better but I am not to thrilled about it. A lot of people like this one so I am posting it up on here.

Ryane Clowe of the San Jose Sharks.

I had the chance to meet Ryane Clowe at the Tank. I did this one to give to him as a thank you. He was really impressed with it and took extra time to talk to me about it and thank me. I will tell you what, this dude had the biggest mitts on a guy that I ever shook hands with! No wonder he didn't mind dropping the gloves against guys.

Jody Shelley, San Jose Sharks, Enforcer

I did this one for Jody Shelley when he played for San Jose. He is probably the second best known Enforcer for the Sharks behind Link Gaetz.

Outgunned / Mike Hood fest flyer....Yes that is Ray Beez.

I can't even remember if the band used this as a flyer or not. I used that picture of Ray Beez  for this one.

EYEBALLS!

I have this tattooed on the side of my calf. The art looks great, the tattoo not so much.

Night of the Living DEAD!

So here is the story with this one. I worked at a coffee shop for a long time. they decided to show movies. They would set up a projector etc etc. For the first one they needed a flyer/poster. So they came to me one night wanting some thing very quick for that weekend. On one of my breaks I drew this up real quick. They ran to Kinko's and blew it up really big for a poster and did up a bunch of flyers. So there you go, instant flyer for a show. The next week they showed the black and white classic Devil Doll. This time I went all out with the flyer. They rejected it. The people showing the film and management said the art looked either too "satanic" or too "cartoonsh". I never got the art back and it never saw the light of day. Oh well.

Rusty Robot

So for about a year I drew a bunch of robots in my sketch book. This was the first of many many many robot drawings in that book. Robots are easy to draw and easy to customize.

Unused Mike Hood Fest flyer thumbnail

This was a thumbnail that I inked up really quick a really long time ago. I can't even remember the year i did this one. This was not supposed to be the final art for this flyer. Just a thumbnail that I inked quickly.

Really old drawing that I plan on coloring fairly soon. I am going to use grey scales on this one. Maybe a red back ground also.

I bought a new pack of brush pens awhile ago and did the quickie to test them out. I am not 100 percent happy with this one. I colored it really quick also to see how it might turn out. Not bad but not great either.

Old red shed

There was a really old rustic red shack in my back yard when I bought our home. You might think it would be cool to have a really old rustic shack that had character in your back yard right? Think again. It was a rat and spider farm. I drew this one day on my back porch. A month later I torn the damn thing down.

Another quickie

Really quick drawing I did for a tattoo design. I drew it quick so I could color it.I wanted to see how it turned with this color scheme.
